From the desire to combine the refined Metodo Classico sparkling wine-making techniques with the peculiarities of the indigenous grape varieties, comes the Sicilia DOC Catarratto Metodo Classico Pas Dosè. Prepared only in vintages in which nature bestows exceptional grapes and kept authentic in its peculiar characteristics from the vineyard to the glass.
