From the desire to combine the refined Classic Method sparkling wine making techniques with the peculiarities of the native vines, Sicilia DOC Catarratto Classic Method Pas Dosè was born. Prepared only in years in which nature offers exceptional grapes and kept authentic in its peculiar characteristics from the vineyard to the glass.

Tasting notes
By bringing the glass closer, we perceive the intensity and finesse of the broad bouquet that inebriates the nose with fragrant notes of bread crust and pastry, followed by notes of orange blossom, broom, yellow pulp fruit, citrus fruit and almond. Continuing to smell, aromas of freshly mown grass and wild flowers are perceived, as well as the mineral note linked to the territory in which it is produced.
The taste has a nice enveloping warmth, round and dry, but with a lively acidity and interesting flavor. In the mouth, it is as intense and fine as on the nose and these pleasant fragrances persist for a medium-long time.
